Communicating with children about what they want in their adult lives can prove difficult, but is even more of a challenge when they are multi-sensory-impaired.

Sense - the national organisation that supports deafblind people, commissioned EPM to produce a DVD illustrating the imaginative ways they have devised to involve deafblind young people in planning their own support as they move into adult services.
